Chia Seeds

My sister and I made chia seed pudding today for our breakfast tomorrow and post workout snack. Thank you auntie Tiffany and uncle Pat for teaching us how to make this last time you were in England. It is a filling and healthy snack that is super easy to make and tastes great. Here are some of the health benefits of the chia seeds:

  • High in protein

  • Rich in fibre

  • Contains omega 3 fatty acids

  • High calcium content

  • Contains more magnesium than milk

  • Contain phosphorus

  • Potassium

  • Contains zinc

  • Contains iron

  • Rich in antioxidants

  • Good source of copper
