Super yummy, healthy and easy to make kale chips that we all LOVE. My mummy felt so proud, excited and happy when she finally mastered it so it is perfectly crispy and crunchy just how my sister, papa and I like it. She uses air fryer to cook it and I like to help her make it when she's cooking other dishes.
Ingredients
Organic kale
Olive oil
Himalayan pink salt
Pepper
Method:
Wash your kale and pat it dry
Remove the stalks and tear kale in small bite size pieces
Drizzle lots of olive oil and massage the kale until they all are covered with oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper
Cook at 160c for 9mins in your air fryer
*Cook in small batches so they cook evenly.
