There are multiple benefits when you meditate and here are some I can think of today.
We mediate three times a day in school and we all take turns to lead the brain break sessions, I really enjoy that. I also do it with my parents at home on weekends and during holidays.
How do you plan to incorporate meditation in your life this summer holiday?
