Practicing gratitude is something I really want to instill in our lives especially when the children are still young. At bedtime, we all always try to pause, take conscious breathes, reflect and say three things we are grateful for. Definitely our favourite way to end the day.
"I am grateful that papa is home from his work trip."
"I am grateful that we now have a puppy we can love."
"I am grateful for all the parks near where we live."
"I am grateful that I have kind friends."
"I am grateful for all the nice books I can read."
"I am grateful that I didn't have diarrhoea."
