Simple steps we do everyday to take care of our super brains.


1. EAT HEALTHY

Optimise colourful fruits and vegetable intake to feed our cells lots of goodness.

2. MOVE THE BODY AND STAY ACTIVE

Great way to improve our learning, super memory, concentration plus it is amazing in boosting our mood and energy.

3. NATURE TIME

Always a winner in making us feel refreshed, happy and grounded.


4. HEALTHY FATS AND PROTEIN

Great for pushing our mental clarity and looking after our brain.

Here is a good and easy combo to inspire you. Avocado, nuts and nut butters for fats. Eggs and salmon for protein.


5. POSITIVE COMPANY

Spend time with people and creatures that inspire and make us feel happy.

6. HYDRATE

Endless benefits!! Truly helpful in helping our brain and body parts function well.

7. BE GRATEFUL

Starting and ending the day thinking about things that we are grateful for immediately boosts our mood and makes us happier, thanks to all the feel-good chemical serotonin that floods our brain when we are in this grateful zone.

8. MEDITATE

Life changing skill to incorporate in your daily life. Activates the powerful mind and body connection and increases immune system too. Great tool for calming the mind and giving it a break.


9. SLEEP

Essential in making our body and mind function properly. Sleeps gets rid of all the bad stuff accumulated during the day and it also helps with short and long term memory which are all vital in ensuring we are fit to be super hero kids and parents.


10. LAUGH

Increases happiness in life, lowers stress, boost immune system, relaxes the whole mind and body which all leads to an amazing overall sense of well-being.
