Happy New Year!
After weeks of holiday feasting in the USA, the whole family are trying to get back into healthy eating. Sharing with you all a quick and easy smoothie recipe that I made for breakfast today.
INGREDIENTS:
· 2 medium sized bananas
· 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
· 3 glasses of oat milk*
METHOD
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend.
*We used Oatly Barista editionbut you can use any milk you want.
Enjoy
